Incorporating CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release®, Core Fascial Release, Breathwork , Tension Releasing Exercises and sound therapy to assist you to fully embody your physical form and promote health and vitality.

Breathwork is integrated with each of the therapies provided and is a unique opportunity to re-connect with the vibration of your true self.

Appointments

During your first visit you will be asked questions about your general health and medical history as well as your lifestyle. Where possible a consultation form will be sent to you in advance. This approach allows plenty of time to discuss symptoms and concerns plus allows time to treat the whole person.

My role as facilitator helps you explore, identify and release areas of restriction /limitation/holding that is causing dis-comfort and dis-ease.

You remain fully clothed during the session, usually lying on a massage couch. Please wear loose comfortable clothes.

Supported in a place of deep safety and nurture, we find we can open into greater love and peace again, feeling the joy of life in each breath.
