An Invitation to:
- Understand the principles of moving and stretching from the CORE.
- Develop a self care approach that facilitates freedom of breath, ease of movement, pain reduction, and increases awareness of our bodymindcore connection.
- Learn about fascia and related muscles and joints
- Experience how self initiated CORE Fascial Release can improve health and vitality.
This class is limited to four people so that we can look at individual restrictions on the second day.
