We will be learning how to initiate our body’s natural stress reducing and trauma recovery process through embodiment and awareness.

Nick Cook (Therapeutic Sound Artist, Musician and Drummer) Nicks’ musical talent and teaching skills encourages us all to find out inner rhythm.
