Join us in the pleasure of exploring, moving, and learning through an embodied experience.

We will be drumming and shaking and resting in our high vibrations facilitated by the healing sounds of tibetan singing bowls and gongs.

We will be learning how to initiate our body’s natural stress reducing and trauma recovery process through embodiment and awareness.

Perhaps you’re experiencing anxiety, brain fog, depression, muscular aches and pains, confusion, dryness, skin conditions, weight gain, poor sleep, and / or any number of the known stress symptoms.  Or maybe you’re struggling with one of the other many transitions in life, kids moving out, change of lifestyle or circumstance, separation or loss.

On the banks of Holy Loch Old Kilmun House offers the perfect retreat venue with purpose built Mongolian Yurt and Hot Tub, Sauna and water front views with easy access to Pucks Glen.

Facilitators

 Pamela Martin (Certified TRE Provider, CORE Bodywork Instructor, CranioSacral Therapist and Trauma Sensitive Bodyworker). 

Pam has been working for over 25 years with individuals and groups to relieve pain and  promote awareness, movement, freedom and breath.

 Nick Cook (Therapeutic Sound Artist, Musician and Drummer)   Nicks’ musical talent and teaching skills encourages us all to find out inner rhythm.
