TRE Beginners

In this class you will learn a series of simple isometric exercises that turn on the body’s natural ability to restore itself to balance through the deliberate use of spontaneous “neurogenic tremors”. 

Combining  trauma-informed body awareness with movement and breathwork, TRE offers a powerful bridge between mental health and physical wellbeing. Tension is released, emotions are soothed and regulated, promoting balance and physical ease for greater resilience.

Incorporating methods of self and co-regulation allows TRE to become a powerful self-care tool that can be carried out in the comfort of your own home

TRE Post Beginners

This class encourages you to deepen your awareness and develop your TRE practice and relationship with the therapeutic tremors.

You will have already attended a beginners class or an individual session and be comfortable with the tremors.

Expand your understanding of self regulation, titration and pendulation of somatic experiencing.

Enjoy, connect and share the experience of co-regulation in a group situation.

A post beginners class for individuals with a regular TRE practice and are comfortable with self regulation, titration and pendulation. 

This class encourages greater freedom of movement and release from limiting holding patterns.

Pre-requisite: Introductory class or 1-2-1 session

TRE - Tension and Resilience Building Classes

TRE is currently being used in more than 100 countries and some of the benefits that have been documented include: improved sleep, relief from body aches (including back pain, headaches and TMJ), increased energy, reduced anxiety, reduced pain and stress, enhanced ability to stay focused and connected.
The exercises work for all body types and can be easily adapted for any fitness level or challenge in mobility. TRE is a self help tool that once learned can be easily repeated in the comfort of your own home . You will be guided on how to use TRE to shift patterns of deeply held stress and tension in the body.
PLEASE NOTE : It is important for us to discuss the suitability of the class if you have a clinical diagnosis or psychiatric condition, or are taking medications for same. It may be more appropriate for an individual session e.g. PTSD and C-PTSD
