Build resilience and bounce back to health and vitality

In this class you will learn a series of simple isometric exercises that turn on the body’s natural ability to restore itself to balance through the deliberate use of spontaneous “neurogenic tremors”. 

What to expect

Combining  trauma-informed body awareness with movement and breathwork TRE offers a powerful bridge between mental health and physical wellbeing.  Tension is released, emotions are soothed and regulated, balance and physical ease is promoted for greater resilience.

Incorporating methods of self and co-regulation allows TRE to become a powerful self-care tool that can be carried out in the comfort of your own home.

What to Bring

Please wear loose comfortable clothes (leggings or similar)

No special footwear is required but you might like to bring warm socks and a cosy layer

Please bring a water bottle

A confidential consultation form will be sent out prior to the class.  It is important for us to discuss the suitability of the class if you have a clinical diagnosis or psychiatric condition, or are taking medications for same. It may be more appropriate for an individual session.

My body felt tired the following day. However I now have greater freedom of movement, no knee or hip pain. 

I have been doing the shaking regularly and finding this a huge benefit.
