In this class you will learn a series of simple isometric exercises that turn on the body’s natural ability to restore itself to balance through the deliberate use of spontaneous “neurogenic tremors”.
What to expect
Combining trauma-informed body awareness with movement and breathwork TRE offers a powerful bridge between mental health and physical wellbeing. Tension is released, emotions are soothed and regulated, balance and physical ease is promoted for greater resilience.
Incorporating methods of self and co-regulation allows TRE to become a powerful self-care tool that can be carried out in the comfort of your own home.
